A worked example
Upload a portrait 4:5 photo with a subject near the top of the frame — the feed mockup shows most of the image, but the grid mockup (a strict 1:1 square crop) may cut off the subject's head entirely. Catching that here means recomposing the shot before it's permanently part of your grid.
